Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–15 business days after your order ships, depending on your location in the United States. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Any free-shipping threshold in effect is shown on the product and cart pages before you pay.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking sometimes takes 24–48 hours to show movement.

Undeliverable packages

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us at hello@salttrail.store and we’ll investigate and make it right.

Customs, duties, and import charges

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are not subject to import duties for US delivery addresses.
